Helen Middlemist

Experience: Helen is responsible for advising on relevant law, regulation and best practice in relation to Hikma’s listing on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to Hikma, Helen spent ten years at Aggreko, most recently as their Deputy Company Secretary, leading their corporate governance and retail shareholder engagement strategy during the acquisition of Aggreko by a private equity consortium. Helen has also held roles at HSBC and Legal & General.

Qualifications: Law degree from the University of Bristol. Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.
