Self-directed learning
All Hikma employees have access to our extensive multidisciplinary multimedia library, offering thousands of courses and a wealth of learning collateral. Our learning management system (LMS) enables our people to benefit from more than 21,000 video courses, plus 28,000 ebooks and audiobooks in multiple languages, across a wide range of relevant subjects.


Hikma regularly participates in conferences, enabling employees to network with industry peers, gaining knowledge and developing their professional profile.

Academy learning
We provide Hikma Academies to employees across various functions to equip them with carefully designed learning paths that cover the behavioural and technical skills essential for career advancement. These include Operations Academy, Sales Academy, Marketing Academy, R&D Academy, BioTech Academy and more. These Academies are a mix of instructor-led courses and online courses.


Hikma awards academic scholarships for continuing education, and supports those who wish to pursue personal development through courses and seminars. More than 150 employees are currently being supported to study for their bachelor’s or master’s degree through our learning initiatives.
