At Hikma, we believe in supporting healthier communities by helping those most in need, not only through the medicines we make, but through meaningful social engagement.

In Portugal, we partnered with the São João das Lampas and Terrugem Parish Council and Totalis to host a Community Dinner for 23 disadvantaged families, 80 individuals, including 30 children.

To help bring this event to life, 43 Hikma employees volunteered with their families, coming together to offer more than a meal: they helped create a warm, dignified experience in the style of a restaurant, complete with thoughtful gifts for every child.

This initiative reflects our deep commitment to strengthening community ties, nurturing inclusion, and enhancing wellbeing beyond the clinical setting. By supporting moments of joy, dignity and connection, we help build the social fabric that empowers individuals to thrive.
