Our Injectables business develops, manufactures and supplies generic and specialty injectable medicines to hospitals and healthcare providers across North America, Europe and MENA.

Our Branded business provides branded generic and in-licensed medicines across MENA, combining local market knowledge with global pharmaceutical expertise.
We operate across 17 markets, supported by broad commercial reach and an extensive manufacturing network. Our portfolio is increasingly focused on differentiated products and high-growth therapeutic areas, including oncology and chronic diseases.
In 2025, Hikma became the largest pharmaceutical company in MENA by sales.

Hikma Rx reflects our increasing focus on complex products and higher-value opportunities, including respiratory and nasal medicines.
We combine R&D, manufacturing and commercial expertise to bring important medicines to patients while continuing to expand our portfolio and capabilities in the US.
Our R&D organisation brings together global expertise across Injectables, Respiratory, Nasals, Semi-solids & Liquids, and Solid Orals. By combining strong internal capabilities, we are developing a differentiated pipeline, accelerating time-to-market and strengthening our ability to deliver high-quality medicines that meet evolving patient needs.
