Employee welfare

We support and promote healthy workplaces for our employees. Our annual employee welfare week, ‘You Are Hikma’, is held across all our locations worldwide and helps to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for our people. ‘You Are Hikma’ aims to raise awareness of health, workplace safety and environmental conservation.

Smoke-free offices and plants

Since 1994 we have been ‘smoke-free’ at all of our premises around the world, including offices and plants. We are a proud member of the Global Smoke-free Partnership, a worldwide partnership dedicated to promoting effective smoke-free air policies.

Our Group Health and Safety Policy

Our Health and Safety Policy is administered across our company. The policy is directed at health and safety processes for all our business units and functions and our management ensures that policies are applied across all divisions. We update the policies regularly so that our employees can work in a safe environment. Our health and safety processes cover the following areas:
