Corporate social responsibility

We are passionate about serving our patients and supporting the communities where we operate. For more than 40 years, we've been guided by the simple belief that when world-class medicine is put within people's reach, it transforms lives and communities.

In all of our markets, we work to meet social needs locally and improve lives. We have developed programmes in three key areas - provide better health, support education, and assist people in need -  to tackle social challenges and promote health and wellbeing. This is how we work towards our vision of a healthier world that enriches all of our communities.

One of our primary commitments is improving access to medicines for disadvantaged patients. We focus on low-income groups and refugees in our MENA region and low-income and under-insured patients in the US. By providing in-kind medicine donations we aim to ensure better health is within reach for people who are most in need.

We work to alleviate situations where drugs are in short supply. It is essential patients maintain consistent access to the medicines they need and we recognise our responsibility help maintain reliable supply in times of shortage.

We also focus on providing information on the risks related to major medical and health issues. Our goal is to improve both understanding and action on health within our local communities through various programmes and partnerships.
