Case Study, Sustainability, Goal 4: Quality education
It provides an inclusive learning space with interactive exhibits and year-round programs, welcoming children regardless of their background and demographic or learning style. At the Children’s museum the most important thing is that children enjoy their learning experience.
Our support aims to make the educational benefits of the Children’s Museum as inclusive as possible. We do this by sponsoring the Museum’s Open Days Programme and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) Schools’ Visitation Programme. The Open Days Programme allows disadvantaged families to enjoy and benefit from the Children’s Museum by offering free entrance for families once a month. Since starting in 2010, over 300,000 people have benefited from the Open Days Programme. Through the UNRWA Schools’ Visitations Programme
