Role: Hussein was appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer in September 2023 and as Company Secretary in June 2022. He is responsible for human resources and advises on governance and listing related matters. Hussein is a standing member or the Executive Committee since 2017.
Hussein is currently responsible for Human Resources, Company Secretarial and Compliance Departments. Hussein has held several executive positions during 22 years at Hikma, including Chief Counsel, General Counsel, Head of Legal/MENA, Head of Shareholders’ Department and Head of Tax.
Qualifications: Hussein holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Manchester, under the UK Chevening Scholarship Programme. He also enrolled in multiple leadership programs.
