Since Hikma was founded in 1978, a key priority has been investment in employee training and development. New employee training, on the job training, job rotation, coaching and mentoring and succession planning are all part of our training and development programs.

A focus on continuing education

We also believe strongly in continuing education and sponsor a number of employees annually to pursue higher education. For maximum efficiency, training programs are developed bottom up and are tied in to an appraisal system that identifies developmental needs.

Professional growth opportunities

We believe strongly in promoting from within, as evidenced by the fact that most of the members of our senior management team have worked for the company for many years, developing their skills and experience in a variety of different roles throughout the Group.
