Our company is managed by the Board of Directors and the senior management team.
The Board currently comprise of the Chairman, who is also the Chief Executive, the Executive Vice-Chairman and five non-executive directors who are responsible for our corporate governance and ultimately accountable for our activities, strategy and performance.
The Chief Executive is responsible for the management of the business and is assisted by the senior management team.
